1. The quilting era. How it all started.

My first approach to textiles began through quilting. My earliest projects were baby quilts made for close friends who were expecting children. I wanted to create something meaningful and personal rather than buying a gift.
This stage was defined by experimentation and familiarization with fabrics, color combinations, and geometric patterns, and it laid the foundation for how I approach making today.
