Hola, I'm Paulina
I’m an industrial designer with a background in retail and store design, currently shifting my practice toward garment construction and sewing. My work has evolved toward working more directly with materials, structure, and construction processes through garments and textile experimentation. Cut 'N Stitch is a space where I document this ongoing practice, bringing together projects, exercises, and studies developed through hands on making.

My interest in textiles began around eight years ago, and in 2020 this curiosity developed into a more focused practice.
After moving to California in late 2022, I decided to deepen and refine this growing body of work by enrolling in courses at a community college, with the intention of shifting my professional path toward garment construction and textile based work.
This website documents that ongoing process, bringing together projects, exercises, and studies developed through coursework, independent practice, and material experimentation.
